Question po, paano malalaman if wala kana supply ng breastmilk. Nagppump lang po ako hindi na po nagllatch si baby.

Asking lang po, gaano katagal yung result ng new born screening? Ang nabigay lang sa amin ay yung sa hearing test ni baby.

Yung samin po less than a month oks na daw po, kukunin na po namin baka depende po sa ospital

Hay, I feel you, CS scars can look angry at first, pero I promise it gets SO much better with time! At almost 2 months postpartum, focus muna on keeping it clean and dry, then once you're cleared by your OB (usually around 6-8 weeks), you can start gentle massaging with vitamin E oil or a good scar cream to help with healing and appearance. Everyone I know with CS scars says they fade significantly by 6-12 months, so don't stress too much right now, your body's still recovering! Salamat sa bravery mo sa normal delivery, at congratulations sa baby!

FTM - 17 days postpartum

At first, my breastmilk supply satisfy my baby. But now on my 17th day postpartum, my supply can no longer satisfy my baby. Planning to mix feed by little one. Can you share how did you increase your BM supply?

Congrats on your baby, mama! Honestly, day 17 is still super early and common na mababa pa ang supply because your body is still regulating, try power pumping or feeding more frequently muna bago mag-supplement, kasi the more you express, the more your body produces, pero if baby is losing weight or you're really stressed, there's nothing wrong with mix feeding either while you're building supply up. For me, what helped talaga was drinking tons of water, eating well, and making sure baby was latching properly (sometimes the issue is latch hindi talaga low supply), so maybe check with a lactation consultant or your OB muna para makita kung talagang low na or if there's a latch issue you can fix, kasi once na-establish mo ang supply now, mas mahirap na i-increase later if you go full formula agad.

FTM - 5 days Postpartum

Im a C-Section ftm, too overwhelmed with everything. The urge that you have to get up and feed your baby since im a breastfeeding ftm. Then you'll get frustrated kapag hindi mo ma feed ng maayos si baby. Nakakapagod. Everyone is excited for the baby, but who will be taking care of you?

Mama, five days postpartum after a C-section, you're literally healing from major surgery while learning to breastfeed, kaya of course you're overwhelmed, yan normal talaga. A few of us moms went through the exact same thing, and honestly, the frustration with latching and the pressure to "do it right" on top of physical exhaustion is so real, but you need to be gentler with yourself right now, your body needs rest din, not just baby care. Please talk to your partner, mom, or whoever's with you about taking actual breaks (sleep, showers, eating proper meals), and consider checking in with your OB or a lactation consultant kasi sometimes the breastfeeding struggle can be solved with a bit of positioning help or support, which takes the pressure off. You matter too, hindi ka selfish for needing care, in fact, taking care of yourself is taking care of baby, because you can't pour from an empty cup. Hugs, mama, this phase will pass.

EDD: August 23, 2026 DOB: August 07, 2026 8 hours labour ended up CS Stuck at 7cm dilated. Strong contractions, my baby's heart rate dilated. Mixed emotions after you give birth.

Ate, I'm so sorry you went through that, ang tough talaga ng emergency CS after laboring for 8 hours, parang emotionally draining talaga. A few of us mums had similar situations (stuck dilation, baby's heart rate concerns) and honestly, those mixed feelings right after are so valid, it's okay to feel relieved, disappointed, traumatized, grateful all at once, walang "right" emotion. I'd really suggest talking to your OB about what happened during your labor and delivery kasi it helps A LOT to understand bakit kailangan ng CS, and maybe even a therapist or counselor if the emotional side is still heavy, alam ko maraming hospitals dito nag-aalok nito, at nakaktulong talaga. For now, be gentle sa sarili mo, and lean on your partner, family, or mum friends who get it. How are you healing physically?

Hi mommy! 🥹 Konting tiis na lang, malapit mo na ma-meet si baby. ❤️ Sa 36 weeks, ready mo na yung hospital bag, important documents, at baby essentials para hindi ka na mataranta pag biglang nag-labor. Pahinga kapag kaya, inom ng maraming tubig, at obserbahan ang galaw ni baby araw-araw. Hehe. Fellow mom lang din ako ha, hindi doktor, pero if makaranas ka ng regular contractions, pagputok ng panubigan, matinding pagdurugo, o humina ang galaw ni baby, dumiretso na sa ospital. Praying for a safe delivery, mommy! 💕
