Ate, I'm so sorry you went through that, ang tough talaga ng emergency CS after laboring for 8 hours, parang emotionally draining talaga. A few of us mums had similar situations (stuck dilation, baby's heart rate concerns) and honestly, those mixed feelings right after are so valid, it's okay to feel relieved, disappointed, traumatized, grateful all at once, walang "right" emotion. I'd really suggest talking to your OB about what happened during your labor and delivery kasi it helps A LOT to understand bakit kailangan ng CS, and maybe even a therapist or counselor if the emotional side is still heavy, alam ko maraming hospitals dito nag-aalok nito, at nakaktulong talaga. For now, be gentle sa sarili mo, and lean on your partner, family, or mum friends who get it. How are you healing physically?
