Assalamualaikum mommies.. ada tak kat sini yg tak ambil zincofer or obimin or iberet? just makan makanan sunnah atau multivamin lain? atau alternatif lain?

Assalamualaikum n hi mommies. semalam dietition call and sy nak share a few things with u guys: 1. buah yg elok utk naikkan hb jambu batu and betik yg dah masak. 2. jangan ambil produk berasaskan soya. tak elok. tak tny pulak yg tu kenapa 😅 3. sy minum susu fernleaf full cream, dietitian suruh teruskan. that means okay lah kan susu tu? ☺️ sbb tak manis compare dgn anmum materna. 4. sayur yg elok utk naikkan hb the best is peria katak. bayam is actually not really good wlupun high in iron sbb bayam ada “something” yg menghalang penyerapan iron. hmm. makan lah sayur pape selain bayam. 5. makanan based on ikan laut sgt digalakkan makan. ikan bilis pun considered ikan laut. keropok lekor, keropok keping, budu, nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, ikan singgang. haa elok lah makan. tp budu kena hati2 sbb masin. 6. please elakkan kafein. teh, kopi, nescafe, milo, air gas. sgt effect hb kita. and boleh jd punca migrain. wlaupun caffein lover, tp demi baby, bersabar lah. jgn minum. 7. banyakkan minum air masak. kalau x selera makan, cuba cari alternatif untuk ambil pemakanan yg sihat dan berkhasiat. perhaps, a cereal, buah kering, kismis, nestum or oat campur susu and buah kering. sekian sahaja perkongsian saya. semoga bermanfaat. ☺️
