You give me a new name, Mama, one that you say over and over, a name with so much meaning and worth. You give me a new version of myself, one that is more compassionate, caring, and hopeful then the one before. So even when I give you my body, time, sleep, days, and night, I know that it is worth it, that its meaningful, that these little moments matter. That motherhood is full of seasons of giving and moments of receiving. That even though this is one of the hardest things I have ever done, it is also the best thing I have ever done.
