Hello mga momsh, I'm currently 25w pregnant with twins, pansin ko po sobra po ako nangangati this past few days, sa kamay hanggang paa po, msrkn po ba nakaranas sainyo ng ganito? normal lnag po ba eto?

Ay sis, I've heard from a few of my mum friends na ganito rin sila during pregnancy, kaya hindi ka nag-iisa! But since you're already at 25 weeks with twins, mas mabuti na i-mention mo talaga sa OB mo yan during your next checkup, sometimes intense itching can be a sign ng something na kailangan i-monitor, especially with twins kaya buti na lang safe lang. In the meantime, try moisturizing regularly with unscented lotion at avoid hot showers muna, kasi alam mo na nakakatulong yan sa kati. How are you feeling otherwise, mama? Ingat ka always!
