Parents of 2 without helper?

Hello! Is there any family out there with 2 kids without a helper? The people i know seem to all hve helpers! Pls share how do you cope and what kind of routines help? Edit: thanks for sharing 💕 sorry wanted to clarify for families with both parents working!

ya We have 3 children and we are both working hard to gives our children a bigger home a 4rm flat now upgrade to a bigger house because my children have grown up le age 19 boy, Girl 17, Boy 9

discharge color on underwear - 3rd trimester

hi mummies sorry if the pic is a bit gross. saw this on my underwear, it was clean and white when i wore it. i’m full term at 37 weeks. is this a possible infection and should i head to the hospital? #advicepls thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Normally increased discharge can be seen during pregnancy. But we can not tell anything by looking only at discharge. Need to watch other red flags. If you really have doubt. better to contact your doctor, as you are going to deliver the baby soon.
