Hay nako, alam ko kung gaano ka-heavy ang pakiramdam mo ngayon. Please po, makipag-consult sa OB-GYN mo as soon as possible, kailangan mo ng proper evaluation and support, hindi lang kami mommies online. There could be manageable reasons, and a doctor can give you real answers at options. A few of us moms in my circle have been through multiple losses din, at ang daming factors talaga, pero yan ang importante, kailangan ng medical assessment mo specifically. You're not alone sa struggle na ito, and seeking help is the strongest thing you can do right now para sa dreams mo with your hubby. Rooting for you.

Normal or Abnormal Gestational Sac

Hello mga mamsh! I am afraid kasi may nabasa ako sa google na abnormal gestational sac, could you tell if abnormal ba or irregular yung gestational sac ni baby? Parang pa-eggplant kasi yung shape niya, natatakot ako kasi I already have miscarriage last year. So super praning tlaga ako this time. #1stimemom

Aw mamsh, I totally understand why you're nag-aalala, after what you went through last year, it's natural na you're extra cautious this time. But honestly, what the ultrasound shows can be tricky to read kahit sa amin, so please don't rely on what you're reading online or what you think you see, your OB is the one who can properly assess kung normal or not ang shape, kasi maraming factors talaga ang considered. Please talk to your doctor directly about what you noticed and ask them to explain kung bakit ganyan ang shape, okay? I know mahirap ang antayan, but that peace of mind from hearing it straight from your doctor is worth it. Sending you hugs, mama, you got this.

A few of my mum friends used regular skincare during pregnancy without issues, pero it really depends on your skin and what your doctor recommends. Better safe than sorry when you're pregnant!
