Natural lang ba?

Mga mommy's ask lng po and sorry n din sa di kaayaaya na larawan . natural lang po ba to na lumabas sayo after mong manganganak?

Natural lang ba?

Oo mama, natural lang yan! After birth kasi, maraming fluids at tissue na lalabas from your body for weeks, yung lochia na yan ang tawag, and it can look quite heavy and messy talaga, lalo na first few days. A few of us moms were also shocked at first kaya ka naman, but it's your body's way of healing and cleaning itself out after pregnancy and delivery, so totally normal! Pero if it's soaking through a pad in an hour or you're passing clots na super laki, or kung may weird smell or fever, that's when you should check with your OB agad ha, para sure lang na everything's okay.

First time mommy!

Any help po . Pero po ngyon lng pag pagkaligo ko nakaramdam po ako na parang basa and Nung I check ko may discharge po ako na jelly white malapit na po ba yun ? Salamat po sa sagot . #1stimemom #pregnancy #firstbaby

Mamsh, congrats sa 39 weeks! That jelly-like white discharge you're describing sounds like it could be the mucus plug, which is actually a good sign na your body is getting ready, marami sa amin nag-experience nito days or weeks bago mag-labor, so hindi pa siya guaranteed na bukas ka na! The best thing talaga is to call your OB agad para ma-check properly kung ano exactly ang nangyari, kasi sila lang talaga ang makaka-confirm kung ready ka na or kung gaano kalayo pa, at they can give you specific advice based sa cervix check mo. In the meantime, stay active (walking, light housework), hydrate, eat well, and just be ready, your baby will come when baby is ready!
