Aiyoh, greenish poop after switching formula memang boleh happen, sometimes it means baby's tummy is adjusting to the new milk, or the HA formula just doesn't sit as well with his gut even though it's better for the skin. Honestly, I'd check with your doctor sebab the smelly part jugak perlu confirm, just to make sure it's normal adjustment and bukan ada bacterial thing; sometimes HA milk takes 1-2 weeks for baby to settle, but since doctor recommended it specifically for the redness and itchiness, maybe ask if there's another HA brand to try or if you should slowly mix the old and new milk instead of full switch. Hang in there, skin condition usually improves with HA milk, so hopefully the poop colour stabilises soon and the itchiness gets better!
