Hello Mamsh! I'm 39 weeks and 1 day today no signs of labor. Anu po tips nyo para maglabor na ako. Thank you

Ayyy mamsh, I totally get the waiting game anxiety, sobrang matagal ang last few days talaga! A few of us tried walking, lots of walking actually, pati nagpaspa sa stairs, and some swear by eating pineapple or spicy food, but honestly walang guaranteed way kung hindi pa ready ang baby mo hehe. Best thing talaga is to check with your OB na lang para ma-assess if induction is needed na or if everything's still okay, they'll know better if baby's ready na talaga or if we just need a bit more patience. Hang in there, mama, you're almost there na!

Hi Mommies, 37th week ko na po. Nagluto lang ako nang lunch today and napansin ko nung nagCR ako na mejo basa ung panty ko. Ganyan po karami ung basa nya. Water break na po ba ito?

Water Break?

Hay, mama, na-worry ka talaga ngayon, eh? Listen, kahit maliit lang ang possibility, water break ay dapat i-check agad ng doctor, hindi ito dapat antayan, lalo na 37 weeks ka na. Go to your OB or the nearest hospital para ma-confirm lang, okay? Better safe than sorry, especially this close to delivery. Wag mag-alala, marami sa amin ang nag-rush din for checkups at false alarm lang, pero it's always better to know for sure. Keep us posted, sis!

Hello mga mommies, im currently 33 weeks pregnant and suffering from Gingivitis. Ang sabe po nang Dentist normal ang Gingivitis sa mga buntis. Nagkaroon din po ba kau neto? Mejo madalas na po ung pagdurugo nang gingivitis ko. Mejo nakakabother na po :(

Aw, yan talaga ang pregnancy gingivitis, super common sa amin buntis kaya wag mag-alala! A few of us moms experienced that rin during pregnancy, ang hormones talaga ang culprit, nagpapasensitive ng gums and prone to bleeding. Siguro try mo lang mag-gargle ng warm salt water a few times a day, and be extra gentle sa brushing, marami sa circle ko na nakatulong yun. Since medyo madalas na ang dugo though, mas-better if you mention it ulit sa dentist or check din with your OB just to make sure lahat okay, especially since expect mo na soon ang labor. Mas lalo pang importante ang good oral hygiene ngayon, kaya soldier on!
