I just 5week. But why i so easy hungry. Am i normal? I just finish dinner less then 2 hrs i feel hungry again 😭#firstbaby

is normal. your body are drawing alot of protein, nutritions to feed your growing baby. especially 1st trimester which it have huge growth. take care and enjoy your pregnancy.

Hii Can i ask issit safe to use salonpas during pregnancy. I 5week now.

Avoid using any medicated plaster while pregnant. Ingredients are not safe for pregnant women. Use hot/cold compressor instead

Hi, I am just 4 weeks. Can ask now need to eat any supplements for baby? wondering to buy which one better.

Only folic acid for now. Otherwise advised by your gynae to take other supplements like fish oil, etc.
