A few of us mum friends went through this, and honestly, sometimes you need more than just water and fibre, kena combine dengan movement like light walking or stretching, and maybe check with your doctor if it's been a while since you last go, sebab sometimes you might need something gentler like a stool softener yang pregnancy-safe.

Siapa yang belum lengkap lagi second dose AZ. saya dengar semua PPV Az dekat lembah klang akan ditutup start dari 3/10/2021.. lepas ni AZ dah takde lg, tinggal pyzer dan sinovac sahaja.. saya belum lg complete second dose, dan masih diawal pregnancy week 6.. sy cancel second dose appointmnt, sbb sy dpt tahu sy mengandung week 4 time tu. Siapa yang ada ambik vaksin masa awal pregnancy, boleh kongsikan tak pengalaman?? ni anak pertama saya, saya tkot sgt nak amek second dose masa early pregnancy. sy cadang nak amek masa week12 keatas, tp lepas ni AZ dah takde dahhh..mcm mana ni 😭 week 12 keatas lama lagi, tengan bulan 11 nanti.. saya risau. #ingintahu #bantusharing

Ahhh sayang, I totally understand your worry, anak pertama memang takut-takut kan Tapi please, please go see your gynae as soon as possible , jangan decide sendiri pasal vaksin masa pregnant, dia yang kena guide you based on your situation and which vaccine is safest for you right now. I know AZ closing soon is stressful, but your doctor will know what options you still have and when is actually safest for you to take it, mungkin ada alternatives atau timing yang better than you think. Jangan panic lagi, discuss dengan gynae dulu okay? This is too important to figure out from community sharing je. Praying for a healthy pregnancy for you!
