sharp pain at abdominal

hello mummies! i have been having sharp pains on my right abdomen. im about 14 weeks pregnant. happened afew nights typically in the morning about 2-3am. yesterday was the worst. i couldnt even straighten my legs. the sharp pain lasted about 45mins before i was able to sleep again. does this happened to any of you as well? is this normal?
