Baby songsang :’(

Dr. tell me to be ready for c-section delivery on 38weeks. While i am now on 32weeks. My baby won’t turn. 🥺😭

I’m currently on 6 months pregnant. This is my first time having a real bad heartburn.

What should i do? I can’t barely eat anything because of it😔

Eat small meals often rather than large meals 3 times a day. And try not to eat anything few hours before going to sleep. Avoid food that are spicy, oily or fatty. When you sleep, try to put your head on higher pillow. If you can’t stand it, get some antacids. But check with your doctor first
