Ask ko lang po if may amoy po ba ang panubigan? Di ko po kasi knows of panubigan ko na kaso pag gsing ko mejo basa po yung panty ko. Konting basa lang po. TIA

Uy, normal lang yan sis! Panubigan talaga ay may kakaibang amoy, usually mild lang or walang amoy, pero basta different from normal discharge, yan na siya, kaya importante ma-monitor mo talaga. A few of us tried keeping a panty liner lang para ma-check better kung paano ang flow through the day, kasi ang dribbling or wetness you're describing ay classic sign ng amniotic fluid talaga lalo na kung consistent. Best check with your OB agad lang para masiguro, especially pag suspicious ka, they can do a simple test to confirm if panubigan talaga or just normal discharge lang, at mas peace of mind ka from there, okay?

Mommy, super importante na konsultahin mo muna ang OB mo bago mag-proceed, siya ang best person na makakaasikaso ng timing at safety para sa baby mo. Dentist consultation din, para ma-assess kung emergency talaga or pwedeng i-delay after delivery. Take care po!

Hello, ask ko lang po if normal po kaya sa 30 weeks na laging constipated and napoops. Naihi din po lagi kahit wala gaano nainom na water? TIA po.

Ah sis, normal yan sa pregnancy pero hindi dapat ignored, a lot of us mums experience constipation at this stage kasi ang progesterone at ang baby's position pa lang, pero ang frequent urination combined with constipation is something your OB should know about talaga. Make sure you're drinking enough water (I know mahirap pero kailangan talaga), maybe try adding more fiber like fruits at oats, at kung tumatagal pa rin, mas better na i-mention sa next check-up mo para ma-assess properly.
