Hiiii mama! Congrats sa 7 months! Personally, I wouldn't risk it, ang dami ng chemicals sa rebond at ang init, plus parang stress lang sa katawan mo ngayon when you're already carrying extra weight, you know? A few of us preggy moms tried just doing trims and deep conditioning instead, and honestly mas comfortable kami throughout pregnancy, then we did rebond after delivery na lang. Better to check with your OB muna para sure, pero from what I've heard, most doctors advise against it dahil sa fumes at the whole process. Your hair will thank you postpartum, I promise it's worth the wait!

Lower right side ng puson na masakit and uncomfortable po.. Is it normal? 🥺🥺🥺

Mama, please get checked by your OB as soon as you can, yung lower right side pain can mean different things, kaya kailangan talaga tingnan ng doctor para ma-rule out anything serious. Maraming kami friends na nag-alala sa ganitong symptoms during pregnancy, pero lagi namang okay once na-check ng doctor, it gives you peace of mind talaga! Wag mag-atubiling mag-call ng clinic o pumunta sa emergency kung mas lumala or may ibang symptoms, okay? You and baby's safety comes first always. Ingat, mama!
