Baby head down & engaged at week 34.

hi! ive been advised by my gynae that my baby's head is down and engaged at week 34.5, with a slightly shorter than expected cervix length too. i am currently on bed rest now, except when peeing, pooping, showering and eating. im also taking utrogestan vaginally. would like to see if there are other mummies in a similar situation as me and baby managed to stay inside till after week 38? 😀 also, any other tips for me? thank you!

Neighbour's Smoke

hello mummies! i know second hand smokes are bad. i have been trying to avoid them in public areas as much as possible. my neighbour is also smoking as well and sometimes the smoke will enter our house through our bathrooms' ventilation fan holes, even though we have shut all the windows and doors. i am paranoid. any mummies who had such experience throughout their pregnancy and still had a healthy baby?
