Milk for my lactose intolerant baby

When I was beginning to mix feed my baby, we discovered that he was lactose intolerant and our pedia recommended this to us. My LO is about 5 months old now and we just stopped breastfeeding because I’m back to work. This milk has now been his sole source of nutrients and so far he loves it.

Quickening at 20 weeks

Hello mommies! First time mom here and I’m not quite sure if baby movements/quickening itong nararamdaman ko. They say you can feel the baby at 20weeks na daw. May i know how do you feel and experience yours too? 😊🤰🏼🙏🏻♥️#advicepls
