Heyy mummy! 👋 Dr Qi Maili from KKH is a really solid doc — she's a Consultant in Gynaecological Oncology, trained at the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists London, and was even awarded Outstanding Resident multiple times! She specialises in minimally invasive and complicated gynae surgeries, and patients love how detailed, patient and caring she is, even checking in daily after surgery! Definitely in good hands, mummy!

Coconut drink in 3rd Tri

Is it necessary to drink coconut water in 3rd trimester? Is yes, how frequent??

I followed this as my Mum said it helped to have a “cleaner” not as bloody during birth. Not sure if it’s true but I just followed ☺️

yes there's maternity insurance AIA and prudential has it and it can covert to life insurance for baby after you give birth.
