Hi, I'll be giving birth this month and after this I want to pamper myself din since it's been a long time dahil nga buntis. Question lang po: 1. Kailan po allowed na magpakulay at magpa-rebond ng buhok? 2. Kailan din po pwede magpa microblade / eyelash extensions (never ko pa po na-try parehas ever since)? 3. Allowed na din po ba ang massage or postnatal massage lang muna? Thank you sa sasagot.

Congrats sa baby, mama! Totally get it, kailangan talaga ng self-care after all those months. So for hair color at rebond, most mums I know wait around 2, 3 weeks postpartum bago mag-start, especially if you're breastfeeding, kaya lang, go for low-ammonia or ammonia-free colors para safe sa baby. A few of us tried that and walang hassle, mas peaceful lang knowing it's gentler. Rebond is generally okay din after a couple of weeks, basta you're not stressed pa from recovery. The thing is, you're exhausted, hormones are all over, and sitting for hours might be frustrating. Microblade especially is a bigger commitment since it's semi-permanent, so better to decide when you're rested na. Massage, postnatal massage is actually ideal for you first, especially if you had stitches or C-section. It helps with recovery, swelling, at muscle tension. After 4, 6 weeks, regular therapeutic massage is fine din if your doctor clears it. Pero best talaga na i-check with your OB or midwife first, especially regarding timing and anything specific sa your delivery. They know your body best! Hello! Ilang months po ba pwede magpa ultrasound para malaman ang gender ni baby? Aside from ultrasound, ano pa po yung ibang test na mag u-undergo para malaman na healthy and safe si baby?

Hi mama! Usually around 18-20 weeks na ang best time para makita clearly ang gender sa ultrasound, pero some clinics can try as early as 16 weeks if baby is in a good position. For checking if baby is healthy, your OB will usually recommend the anatomy scan (detailed ultrasound around 20 weeks), and depending sa age mo or risk factors, may offer things like blood tests para sa screening (like the combined screening or quad screen), at some do non-invasive prenatal testing din, a few of us din nag-undergo ng those para peace of mind lang talaga, kaya best to discuss sa doctor mo kung ano ang recommended para sa situation mo.
