33 weeks and weight gained about 13kg

Hi, I am 33 weeks and already gained 13kg. I couldn't breath or walk... My food reflux and acidity at the peak. On and off fainted in mrt, bus and at workplace. Any suggestions? Dr refused to give HL as 33 weeks is still early. How do u all coping with your pregnancy symptoms?

I'm just in my second trimester, and I fainted on the MRT too! I need to get off and lie down after 30min of journey and reboard the train. Need to get the head level with the chest. Are you able to request to WFH? I work from home and go to lie down for 5 mins every few hours when I feel weak. Drinking isotonic drinks, juice and Milo helps as well.

Water retention in the feet and ankle

I am at almost 18 weeks now... experiencing mild fluid retention and edema. Is that normal? How many of u experiencing the same...

Reduce sodium and caffeine . Drink more water. If it get worsen. better to talk your doctor.

Weight gain during pregnancy

Is it normal to gain weight around 5kg during 1st trimester... even though I eat, I still feel hyperacidic... it causing me nausea. So, I eat more to balance my acidicity.. and my stomach always feel super bloated
