Pain at rib rage area

Hi everyone, I am 26 weeks. I get pain on the right and left rib cage area under my chest when I am walking long distance or at night when I am sleeping on the side. Anyone else has this issue? How do you cope? Pls share tips. Thank u in advance.

Eating more carbs than usual

FTM here at 16W. For the past few weeks, my body has been craving carbs and I have been eating more carbs (Low GI rice, pasta, bread) that usual. My weight is still the same. Just abit worried abt any impact if I continue eating like this. Anyone else has similar dietary changes? TIA!

Full blood count results

I just got my results. Haemoglobin is slightly lower than the range. Same for RBC. But WBC is quite high. Anyone else had a similar situation? Thanks in advance for sharing and advice please.
