Placenta Previa Totalis

Hi po SHARE KO lang po experience ko during my entire pregnancy :) Irreg kasi ako eversince so hindi nasusunod ung calendar method. Nalaman ko na pregnant ako almost 10weeks na si baby sa tummy ko. I got TVS days after ko magPT and nlaman k n EDD is Aug 24, 2019 also nakita na i have cyst sa right ovary. my OB told me na liliit nmn un and nothing to worry basta imonitor plagi ng sonologist. When i was 20weeks na, i did pelvic/2D ultrasound and nakita nila na i have low lying placenta GR1 (minor). iikot pa naman daw and need to monitor till 36 weeks. Kpag low lying placenta nirerecommend ung bedrest kasi baka magspotting and sobrang delikado kasi pwedenv maubusan ng oxygen si baby sa loob. Thank God never ako nagspotting from first trimester till last trimester kahit na commute ako from bahay to office. CAS is also normal but the babies position is transverse lie, back up and hesd on maternal right. sobrang suhi then nagprogress ung placenta ko from GR1 to GR2 and totally covering my cervix. When i was 35weeks, my OB sched me for CS between 36-37 weeks kasi need daw unahan ung paglalabor kasi imbes na baby mauna, placenta ung nasa me cervix ko. They give me steroid na ininject for 2 consecutive days to help the babies lungs na magmature. July31 i was admitted and got BPS since Aug1 ung scheduled CS. They gave me spinal anesthesia and the procedure went well. Ung cyst sa right ovary ko turned out myoma pala. luckily all went normal nadischarge din ako Aug4. sobrang rare dw ng case ko kasi this is my first pregnancy, wala akong miscarriage or previous operation/surgery. and usually daw ung placenta previa kpag me prev history ng opeartion sa abdominal area, multiple pregnancies etc. Thanking the Lord sobra kasi di niya kami pinabayaan and here, meet our healthy baby boy..
