Ano po bang dapat gawin para tumaas cervix mo po. Kasi ako I have short cervix. 2.2 cm and I am 20 weeks pregnant there is a tendency that I can lost my baby or they will do procedure. Please help.

Uy mama, I'm so sorry you're going through this, that's really scary. Please talk to your OB right away if you haven't already, kasi ito talaga ay something they need to monitor closely and guide you on, whether it's rest, medication, or procedures. Hindi kami makakasabi ng remedies para dito kasi ito medical at kailangan ng doctor's supervision. A few of my mum friends din had cervix concerns during pregnancy, at ang nakatulong sa kanila talaga ay close communication with their OB at following what was prescribed, whether bedrest o check-ups. You're not alone in this, and your doctor has options to help keep your baby safe. Strength, mama!
