Diarrhea at week 32

Diarrhea since yesterday and I m at week 32.. is it normal? No stomachache though 😥

Tummy bloated

I am 24 weeks pregnant.. didn’t really suffer much of constipation but tummy always bloated and acid reflux problem too.. anyway to help?
