Mucus plug?

Ay, 36 weeks ka na! Honestly, best thing is mag-check with your OB because they can really tell kung mucus plug na or just normal discharge, madami kasing lumalabas during third trimester kaya medyo confusing haha. A few of us mums thought we lost it na, pero sabi ng doctor namin normal lang discharge pala, so better safe than sorry talaga, especially palapit na ng due date mo!

35 weeks hirap matulog

Pwede bang matulog ng naka inclined position? Ang sakit na kasi sa bewang pag nakatagilid.#advicepls #pleasehelp

Oo naman, marami sa amin ang ginagawa yan especially toward the end of pregnancy, ang naka-inclined position is actually okay at mas comfortable pa para sa iba dahil hindi ganap ang pressure sa likod at bewang! Try using extra pillows to prop yourself up, or if may kayo na wedge pillow lalo pang better, at make sure the angle ay comfy enough na kaya mong matulog nang matagal without slipping down. One of my mum friends swore na yung body pillow saved her last few weeks kasi she could support her belly at side nang hindi sakay ang lahat ng weight sa bewang. That said, since the back pain is pretty intense pa rin, baka worth it mag-check with your OB-GYN just to make sure walang underlying issue, sometimes yung positioning lang ang kailangan, pero better safe na, especially na malapit na mag-deliver!
