32weeks and 5days preggy

Pero ang tusok-tusok sa pempem mo, that could be pressure from baby's position or ligament stretching, which is normal, pero since you're experiencing it paired with the frequent urination, best to mention it to your OB on your next visit para ma-check lang if everything's okay, sometimes it's just the baby sitting low na, pero better safe than sorry lalo na first time mom ka pa. Try sleeping with a pregnancy pillow in between your legs, and maybe limit fluids a few hours before bed para makatulog ka ng mas maayos kahit may ihi ka (pero drink enough during the day ha!). Hugs, mama, almost there na!

7months preggy 🥰

Natural lang poba na walang kamot tiyan ko pero yung dede meron? Magkakamark poba yun pag labas ng baby or wala talagang mark ?🙂 #1stimemom #firstbaby #Feb2022

Ay congrats mama! So it's super normal na ang belly lang walang marks pero ang breasts may stretch marks, ang skin dun kasi mas delicate and the changes happen pretty fast during pregnancy, lalo na pag tumaas ang cup size mo. The marks ay usually fade over time after delivery (like they become lighter/silvery) pero honestly, some may stay, it really depends sa genetics and skin type, kaya yung iba sa barkada ko hindi na nag-disappear ng buo, pero ang dami na naming nabawasan. Since you're 7 months na, if mag-worry ka talaga, Mama's Choice Stretchmark Cream & Serum really helped a few of us, they're pregnancy-safe so totally okay gamitin now, at the two together talaga ang nag-work better compared sa single product lang. But wag mag-stress too much mama, stretch marks ay badge of honor natin as mothers kaya embrace mo na rin!
