Ay sis, congrats sa almost-there na! Honestly, better check with your OB muna on this one kasi bawat pregnancy is different, lalo na pag may specific supplements involved, one of my mum friends asked her doctor about malunggay supplements at 36 weeks and doc said okay lang but depende sa overall health niya. M2 Malungay is really popular sa mga preggy moms namin para sa nutrition and milk supply after birth, pero timing talaga ang important so best mag-confirm with your doctor na para safe lang!

Hi mama! Anterior placenta is super common, maraming kaibigan ko na may same situation and lahat okay lang ang delivery nila, kaya hindi ka nag-aalala. The positioning doesn't usually cause problems, pero since you're already 35 weeks, definitely mention it sa OB mo next checkup para ma-confirm na lahat good with baby and the placenta, especially since he/she can give you specific details based on your scan. Meron ding iba na anterior placenta pero walang complications, ganito lang talaga ang galing sa uno-uno, basta sinusundan mo lang ang guidance ng doctor mo. You're almost there na, mama!
