Hello po , 7mos preggy na po ako effective po ba yong pagkain ng Chocolate or pag inom ng chocolate drinks kapag magpapa Ultz gender ? nung mag 5mos kase ako nagpa Pelvic na pero dpo nakita gender ni baby. Pero ngayong end of the month po papa gender na kami. Tyy ☺

Ay, congrats sa 7 months na! Honestly, chocolate doesn't really affect what the ultrasound will show, the baby's anatomy is what it is na talaga, kaya focus lang sa malinaw ang imaging. A few of us tried all sorts ng remedies before gender reveal, pero yung totoong game-changer ay ang skill ng ultrasound technician at ang positioning ng baby mismo, so fingers crossed na makikita niya this time! Hydrate well before your scan kaya, and maybe eat a light snack para active ang baby at gumagalaw

pwede po ba ang lemon at luya sa may acid na buntis? :(

Hay, totally get your worry! A few of us mums have asked the same thing, pero honestly yan talaga ang best na itanong sa OB mo because every pregnancy is different, lalo na if may acid reflux ka or sensitive stomach ka talaga. Ang lemon and ginger mismo ay common sa pregnancy nausea tips, pero pag may existing acid issue, baka need i-adjust ang amount or timing depende sa iyong situation, better safe than sorry, diba? Ingat sa iyo!
