Mama, if you're feeling worried about what's happening, please reach out to your OB or go to your nearest hospital para ma-check agad, better safe than sorry, lalo na malapit na ang EDD mo! Ang body mo talaga ay magical at unpredictable, kaya ang best person to tell you what's going on is your doctor. You're so close na! Keep trusting your instincts, and remember you're doing amazing preparing for baby, you've got this, mama!

Oo naman, super normal yan at maraming kami nag-experience ng ganyan around mid-pregnancy! Ang balakang pain ay dahil sa weight gain at shifting ng center of gravity mo, plus ang relaxin hormone na nag-loosen ng joints mo para sa labor, hirap talaga but it passes. Try ka ng prenatal massage kung kaya, or pelvic support belt (sobrang tumutulong para sa iba ko friends), at make sure ka mag-rest ng maayos at hindi mag-lift ng mabigat. If the pain is super intense or may other symptoms, best to check with your OB just to be safe ha, pero in general, ganyan talaga ang 24 weeks life!
