Irregular periods

I don't have my periods last 2 months .... after medication like I took gynaset 3 days ...I got my periods within 5 days ....but my flow is very low. ...it's brown black color ....the flow of blood is very very low ....am worried ....it's s normal or abnormal

60 days late ....still don't have my periods ...once missed period I had checked HCG via urine and blood ...the result shown negative....last week due to constipation I had spotting dicharge .. do I recheck my HCG ???
