Hi mama! Usually doctors recommend stopping folic acid after the first trimester, pero honestly basta magcheck ka lang sa OB mo kasi bawat pregnancy ay different and they might want you to continue depending sa situation mo. A few of us moms I know, some stopped after 3 months while others continued throughout kasi recommended ng doctor nila, so it's really best to ask yours what's best for you and baby!

Pap Smear bleeding

Hello po question lang sa mga na Pap smear ilang araw po usually nag tatagal yung bleeding? TIA

Ay, normal lang yung light spotting after pap smear for a few days, sis! A few of us moms dito experienced the same, one of my friends had it for about 3-4 days lang, nothing heavy. But if it's still bleeding heavily after a week or you're feeling crampy and off, better check with your OB na para peace of mind lang, kasi baka may something else going on.
