Usually doctors recommend stopping folic acid after the first trimester, pero honestly basta magcheck ka lang sa OB mo kasi bawat pregnancy ay different and they might want you to continue depending sa situation mo. A few of us moms I know, some stopped after 3 months while others continued throughout kasi recommended ng doctor nila, so it's really best to ask yours what's best for you and baby!
