Grab car e-brake and I almost hit against the front seat.

I was not fastened with seatbelt at the backseat as it was just a short distance (like a 10mins drive to reach destination). I didn’t expect to experience the shock of my life where the driver step onto e-brake and I almost hit against the front seat! Luckily my tummy didn’t slam against anything. But I got the bad shock and my tummy has this very cramp feeling. May I know if I should ignore it (I’m currently 14w) and monitor.. or should I go see doc just to be assured? Not sure if I’m thinking too much.

How early should I start looking for ifc slot?

I’m currently week 13 and I heard that ifc slot need to be booked in advanced. Besides looking out for ifc slot, is there anything else I need to know and do in advance as I am FTM here. If by any chance I do not have the luck to be able to enrol my child in time before I start work, what is my alternative solution. TIA!

It depends on the centre! Private centres usually allow you to go for a school tour and then place your deposit if they have a slot for the month that you want. Non-private ones need to go through ecda, three months before edd cos they are usually always full to the brim.

Migraine for first time mum

I feel you, I’ve been having headaches all day 😮‍💨 Can try to drink more water, get someone to massage your head and have more rest, helps temporarily!
