Hard Stomach at 14 weeks

Is it normal po ba ba makaramdam ng hard stomach at 14 weeks ? Madalas ko po kasi ito mafeel ngayon ? Sana po may sumagot . Salamat po .

Aw, alam ko yan, a bit worrying talaga! But please check with your OB agad, okay? Hard stomach can be normal (like Braxton Hicks or just how baby's growing), pero importante na i-confirm ng doctor mo mismo para peace of mind mo, especially kung ito frequent na. A few of us mums experienced it too, pero lahat naman sinabi ng doctors namin na it was nothing serious, kaya go na sa clinic mo and let them check. Mas better safe than sorry, di ba? Feeling No symptoms

Hello po ! HiHingi po sana ako ng advice . Im 9 weeks preggy po . Possible po ba na magkaroon ng mild palang na symptoms ? Normal lanv po ba yun ? Thank you po sa mga advices.

Ay totoo yan, mama! Nine weeks pa lang kaya totally normal kung mild lang or wala pa ang symptoms, bawat preggy ay different talaga, some of us don't feel much nausea or fatigue until later, or hindi na talaga pakiramdam ng iba. Pero para sa peace of mind mo, mas better pa rin na i-confirm with your OB during your next check-up, lalo na para makita nila kung okay ang baby through ultrasound. A few of my mum friends didn't have strong symptoms until second trimester kaya wag ka mag-alala, pero monitoring lang talaga with your doctor ang best way to go!

Stomache cramps and backpains

Is it normal po ba na magkaroon ka ng mga ganitong signs at 8 weeks ? 1st time mom po kasi ako . Medyo bothered din po ako sa feeling na ganito .

Uy, first time mom ka pa lang kaya normal na mag-worry! But please go see your OB agad, ha, cramps and backpain at 8 weeks need to be checked properly para sure ka na lahat okay with you and baby. A few of us mums had similar concerns early on, and our doctors explained what was happening, kaya mas natulog kami ng mahimbing after that. Don't stress yourself, that's what your OB is there for, so schedule an appointment ASAP!

Backpains and cramps

Naexperience nyo ba ang magkaroon ng back pains during your 8 weeks ? Is it normal or part of the feeling sa growing baby ?Medyo bothered ako sa feeling . #1stimemom

Oo, normal yan! A few of us mums felt it around that time, parang ang uterus is stretching na at shifting your posture, kaya ang back gets strained talaga. The cramps din can be part of it, pero since you're a first-time mom and medyo bothered ka, I'd really suggest checking in with your OB just to be sure everything's okay, they can rule out anything else at peace of mind is priceless, lalo na ngayon. In the meantime, try resting with a pillow under your bump, warm compress, and avoid heavy lifting if you can. Keep an eye on it, pero don't stress too much, most of the time it's just your body adjusting sa pregnancy.
