Headache & Nausea sepanjang hari till going to sleep

What can I do untuk hilangkan my headache? Rasa mual mual like throughout the day even i'm just having rest. Baring would just make things worst but duduk pun still sakit kepala. It has been going on for several days now. Currently, baru 6 weeks pregnant. But I can't stand of this headache and nausea feeling. Some tips pleaseee.

Sy dulu pun mcm tu. Mmg kene byk sabae smpai habis alahan. Kalau xtahan sgt baru sy akn mkn panadol. Kalau x mmg lembik je sepanjang hari dgn muntah2 dan xboleh mkn. Itulah pengorbanan ibu 😊
