Hey everyone! I am 13 weeks pregnant, I am feeling sick. I have blocked nose my throat is sore, I sneeze and cough a lot. I need your help what should I do? I do have flue medicine but am not sore if they are okay for a pregnant person.

Only thing that's safe to my knowledge is Paracetamol that too max 3 times a day... Other than that dont take any antibiotics.. A influenza shot or vaccine is much helpful.. Try natural remedies such as ginger lemon tea ,camomile , and having nutrient dense foods and vitamin C
