Hello to all mommys can i have atleast small advice ... Para mawala kaba ko yung tiyan ko po kasi minsan dinadaganan nang panganay ko ok lang ba yun like ngayun po yung kamay nya pumunta sa tummy ko ok lang po ba si baby nito.... Huhuhu super worried ako talaga

Can i ask seriouse question ... Its fibrosine is good to take when your week 11 preggy ... Its fiber drink ... Please answer me ... Im just having a bad days cos i cant poop smothly .. Its so hard for me this few days .... Or irs better to eat fruits and drink prune juice .... Hope to hear your loving advice .. Yours mommy phoebe
