Recommended legitimate prenatal massage?

Looking for a legitimate prenatal massage around the metro. Preferably in BGC, Taguig. Thank you.

Hmm, hindi ako familiar sa specific clinics sa BGC specifically, but I would suggest checking out Zenutrients or Ask the Experts Wellness Center dahil maraming mommies ang nagre-recommend ng mga ganyan na may certified therapists para sa prenatal, baka may branches sila malapit sa area mo! Ikaw na ang mag-verify ha, tawagin mo muna or mag-inquire sa kanila para masiguro mong ligtas at qualified ang magsesession sa iyo. You're doing amazing for taking care of yourself and your baby, self-care is so important during pregnancy, mommy, keep it up!

Human Nature Products- is it safe?

Ah, Human Nature is pretty safe naman, marami sa amin mums use it, lalo na yung soaps and shampoos, kasi natural ingredients and walang harsh chemicals. For skincare specifically, depende sa skin type mo, a few of us swear by their products pero some are better for sensitive skin than others, so baka kailangan mo i-test muna sa small area bago full face. Personally, I use a mix ng brands, pero for my pregnancy and postpartum skin issues, I switched to Mama's Choice Face Wash, Face Moisturiser & Face Serum because they're made specifically to be pregnancy-safe and breastfeeding-safe, at sobrang effective talaga for my acne-prone skin during and after pregnancy. If you have specific skin concerns like dryness or acne, I'd suggest checking which Human Nature product targets that, or asking your dermatologist kung may doubts ka pa rin!

Nausecare - before or after meals?

Sobrang thoughtful ng iyo na nag-offer, pero mas safe talaga na i-return yan or consult muna with your OB kung pwede pa i-claim back sa pharmacy, progesterone is prescription-based kasi and depende sa dosage at condition ng bawat mama, hindi one-size-fits-all talaga. One of my mum friends had extra vitamins din before and ang guro ng OB niya ay mas prefer na bago lang bumili para ma-track ang exact intake and freshness, lalo na yan med-related. Is castor oil safe on 1st trimester

Is it safe to put castor oil on the belly? Just curious. Not ingesting castor oil. Just to rub on belly.

Honestly, I'd check with your OB first about this one, mama, topical castor oil during first trimester is something best discussed with your doctor since pregnancy skin is so sensitive and every mama's situation is different. A few of us tried different oils during pregnancy, but most of us played it safe during the first three months and waited until second trimester, or asked our doctors which oils were okay specifically for us. Your OB will know your medical history best and can give you a proper answer, better to ask than worry, diba?
