Can I have some ideas what will you all be planning to do or gifts to your mum or mil for Mother's day?

I always have painful menses every month. It is so bad I can break into cold sweat and feel light headed sometimes. I avoid cold drinks and ice cream and avoid green beans too. Any idea if there are any solutions to permanent cure my monthly pain? I do not want to be dependent on painkillers monthly too.
