#1stimemom #firstbaby

Hey mama, totally get the worry, first time kasi talaga sobrang alert tayo sa lahat ng feeling natin! Pero since may contraction na ang doctor noticed at may na-prescribe na kang uterine relaxant, super important na i-follow mo talaga ang medication at check back with your OB kung patuloy pa rin yung pananakit or kung may bagong symptoms, kasi sila lang ang makakasiguro if it's just normal pregnancy stuff or something else na kailangan i-monitor. A few of us moms na nagkaroon rin ng early contractions, nag-adjust lang ng activity, less standing, mas maraming rest, and regular follow-ups talaga ang nakatulong. Keep close communication with your doctor ha, para peace of mind mo at baby mo. Sending you strength, first-time mommy!
