Food poisoning or morning sickness?

I’m 14 weeks now. I had morning sickness that seemed to get better but yesterday I puked 5 times after eating only fruits and yoghurt for breakfast. Now having diarrhea and nauseous. Not sure if it’s food poisoning or morning sickness and getting worried 😭 anyone had this?

maybe food poisoning. i had it once while pregnant too
