Humina ang pagdede

Hi mga mi, may same case po ba dito sakin? 5mos old ang baby ko and maganda ang timbang niya, 7.6kg. Kaso bigla sya humina sa pagdede, nilalaro ag dinudura nia yung milk nia. Nagpalit na din kami ng tsupon pero ganun pa din. Dati ung 5oz nauubos niya kagad, ngaun, andaming natirira, may 2oz to 3oz. Anu pong pwedeng gawin?

Ay, ganyan din si baby ko around that age, napakagulat talaga! A few of us moms talked about it and realized it could be teething (check if may swollen gums or drooling), or sometimes babies just get distracted at that stage kaya parang naglalaro lang sila with the bottle, pero honestly, best thing to do is bring her to your pediatrician just to rule out anything else, especially since she was doing fine before. In the meantime, try feeding her in a quiet place away from distractions, at maybe shorten the sessions muna if she's getting playful. Good news is her weight is solid, so she's not malnourished, but your doc can give you better guidance on what's really going on with the decreased intake.
