Hello mga mommies Jan Ask ko lang kung normal bang sumasakit Yung puson sa right side

Kahit sa anung klasing pahinga

Hi mama! Oo, normal yan most of the time, yung ligaments na sumusuporta sa uterus mo ay umuunat, especially as baby grows, kaya twinges and random shooting pains on the right side ay common, lalo na pag first trimester pa lang. Gas and bloating din talaga ang culprit sometimes because progesterone slows down your digestion. That said, it really depends on the type of pain, if it's mild discomfort na nagbabago with rest or position, most likely ligament pain lang. But if it's sudden, severe, persistent, or parang lumalaki, hindi dapat i-ignore because it could be something like appendicitis or iba pang concerns na kailangan talagang i-check. My neighbour had sharp pains on one side around second trimester, and parang anxiety lang siya before she went to her OB, pero ang doctor agad na-rule out yung serious stuff, so she felt better. Bottom line, if it's that nagging ache na normal mo nararamdaman, probably okay lang, pero kung may doubts ka or feels off, mas better magpa-check sa doctor mo para peace of mind and proper assessment. Take care, mama!
