How to make LO sit

My baby is already 5 months yet she is not able to sit on her own. Any tips how to let her sit on her own? How do i practice the skill?

Don't worry abt it! Baby typically start to learn to sit at 6 or 7 months. You can find videos on how to help ur baby to sit up. It's ok if she still can't balance while sitting at this stage. Just prop up some pillows and let her get used to the sitting position and guide her to do the tripod sit. You can google on it. By 9 months if she still cant, check with PD but i'm sure she wld be able to by then!

Been having dry aerolas since my 23rd weeks. Any mummies know what can I do to overcome this? Does nipple cream helps or i can just use bath and body works lotion?

16weeks but no movement yet

Already at my 16th week, and it's my first pregnancy. I read that I should be feeling some movement at this week. What kind of movement should I look out for as I don't have any feel of the movement yet. However I do feel some strain in my belly area. Should I be worried?

The first movements may be felt anywhere from 16-25 weeks, and it’s usually later in the first pregnancy, so there’s nothing to worry about:) the strain is also normal, because your tummy needs to expand more for baby to grow:)
