Misi kk bagithu td , andaikate saya tak bersalin lagi sampai 7/7 tu , 8/7 kena dtg klinik jumpa doktor untk doktor bagi tarikh sampai 14/7 . If tak bersalin jugak lagi 14/7 tu da kena serah diri untuk induce . So persoalan , ade tak mummy2 kat sini yang pernh bersalin induce mase anak first .. sharing2 yaa mummy ..

Aww mama, 39 weeks na! Tension betul kan tunggu sampai due date hehe. A few of my mum friends dulu kena induce jugak for their first, and honestly most of them cakap the process okay ja, memang lebih intense contractions tapi doktor control the whole thing so you're in safe hands. The main thing is just go in prepared mentally, make sure your partner / support person ready, and try to stay calm sebab stress je yang buat process jadi lagi lama. Mungkin try natural ways juga in the meantime (walk, makan spicy, etc) tapi jangan stress la if it doesn't work, your body will do what it needs to do. All the best mama, you got this!
