Working On Night Shift

Hi mommies, I'm currently working on night and day shift but I found out that I really can't work during night shift as I'm having hyperemesis gravidarum and I can't even keep down the food and water in my body. Is it because my baby need enough rest in the night? Thanks for answering ?
