Use of ginger patch to relief backache

Currently in my third tri, and my backache seems to get worse. Can we use ginger patch for relieve? If not, can recommend what i can do that is effective in helping to relieve the pain?

Baby Circumcision

Hi mummies, Need suggestions for clinics in the north -Woodlands or AMK area to get my baby boy's circumcision done pls. He just turned 3mths and i want to get it done asap. If the clinic accepts CDA or medisave would be good. Thanks for helping a mum out! 🥴

Banyan @ woodlands mart but not sure if they accept cda/medisave. If you go private normally it costs hundreds unless you go to public hospital can pay via medisave.
