Aww sayang, bloating and nausea macam ni memang common especially first time, but the fact that you're losing appetite and feeling sick after a few bites should really be checked with your doctor okay, better safe than sorry! A few of us mummies found that eating smaller, more frequent meals (like every 2-3 hours) and avoiding heavy, oily foods helped with the bloating, and some swear by warm ginger tea or plain crackers first thing in the morning, tapi since yours is quite bad now, do get it checked lah, could be something simple like indigestion or it could be something else they need to monitor.
