Ahhh yes, rambut gugur postpartum is REAL lah, sis! A few of my mum friends went through the same thing around 3-6 bulan after bersalin, hormones je yang buat, so jangan stress sangat even though it looks scary. Yang membantu for us adalah make sure makan protein & iron-rich foods, try to minimize heat styling, and gentle je when combing (pakai wide-tooth comb).
